Work Package 0 (WP0) will ensure all-round project management, control and coordination, namely administrative and financial management control; drafting technical reports and contract follow-up with the ANR and FRQ (progress reports, mid-term report, final report, dissemination and exploitation of project outcomes); preparation and organization of project meetings (including project steering committee meetings and workshop with stakeholders needed for Work Package 4 (WP4)); ensuring all partners are in the information and data transmission loops. In addition, a special task will be dedicated to data management according to a plan defined at the beginning of the project.
